Half order received in time for Christmas

Hello,
I ordered sweaters for my nieces and nephews this Christmas and I only received half of my order. The other order is only in Alberta (I live in Ontario) and it’s January 4. I could only give gifts to half of them, which I felt horrible doing. Your product is great, but the delivery was not.
